Every transaction on 0-100 sits behind four guarantees: KYC-checked sellers, UPI escrow, graded conditions, and 7-day returns. Here's how each one works.
Before anyone can take money, they verify their identity — PAN, GST where applicable, a bank/UPI handle, and a working phone number. Workshops add shop proof and location. The KYC badgeyou see on a profile means we've checked these. No badge, no payouts.
When you pay, the money goes into escrow— held by us, not the seller. It only releases when you confirm the part arrived as described, or the workshop marks the job done and you accept it. If something's wrong, the funds never leave escrow.
The seller ships knowing the money is real. You pay knowing the money is safe until you're happy. Nobody has to trust a stranger — they trust the escrow.
Used and refurbished parts carry a gradeand a condition note — what it was pulled from, the kilometres, what's new and what's worn. Refurbished parts list what was replaced. Misrepresenting a grade is the fastest way to lose selling privileges.
If a part doesn't match the listing, you have 7 days to open a return. Because the payment is in escrow, a refund is just a reversal — no chasing the seller, no chargeback fight. Disputes go to a human on our team, who can see the order, the listing, the chat, and the photos.
We don't sell your build data to OEMs — they've asked, we've said no, and we'll keep saying no. We collect what we need to run the marketplace and nothing for resale.
